Helping you to order the right Archery Gear

Our staff are experienced shooters, and have been County Champions, they are available to assist you to pick the right kit and to check that it will work together. This can be done in the shop or at a distance on the phone or by e-mail.

Orders to be sent to you can be placed by Phone, Mail, E-mail and our new Website.

If ordering by Mail, or email, Just give your name & address, & phone number, plus the items you want. Payment can be made by credit or debit card by quoting your card number, expiry date & 3 Numbers on back of card (Please do not give card details by email as this is not secure, you can call with your payment or give us a number we can contact you on). If in doubt call us and we will talk you through it. We can also accept cheques payable to 'Northern Archery' and postal orders by letter if you don't use plastic. We accept Debit and Credit cards over the phone. Please do not send cash through the post.

Delivery of Orders

We try to provide a fast service. In the busy periods delivery can slow down a bit. If you need items for a particular date please say so, and we will do our best for you. It is not always possible to dispatch your order the same day, try as we may. Ordering ahead will help us and you to get your order in time. We still expect to deliver in a few working days in the UK.

Dispatch Methods

Smaller items go by Royal Mail First Class Post, Medium by Royal Mail tracked 48hr.
Larger items mainly go by 24hour Carrier. 24 hours on working days from the date we process and send the order, not from the point the order is made.
Extra Heavy and Large items such as target butts are sent by special carrier and can take a little longer.

PLEASE NOTE - Title to Ownership of Goods

Ownership of goods purchased does not pass to the customer until the goods are paid for in full.

Our Guarantee and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase please return it unused and undamaged to the address above within 14 days of receipt. You will be refunded in full for the goods. Please remember to get proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. We dont refund postage unless the goods are faulty.

Postage Costs

Our Online Shop will automatically calculate the postage costs for most of the UK and some other destinations.

For other destinations or for larger and heavy deliveries we will contact you with an accurate price for delivery, taking into account of Speed and cost for you

Export Delivery Costs including Channel Isles

We try to find an economical, reliable and efficient delivery method. We charge you the actual cost of delivery. We will quote you the cost if you ask us before sending or if we feel it is a high cost compared with the value of what you are ordering.

Prices for the UK and EU

Prices on the website are in £ Sterling and are correct for the UK and the whole EU at the current time with VAT at 20% where applicable

Prices Outside EU & for the Channel Isles

For customers that have registered on the website with account addresses outside of the EU or in the Channel Isles and have logged in, prices will be shown without VAT.

If you have not logged in you will be shown standard prices including VAT. To work out the exVAT price, deduct the 20% VAT tax in the price shown by dividing the price by 1.20 and that is the price you pay in £ Sterling (Books and magazines are non VAT products).

Accuracy Of Information

We make every effort to ensure that information is correct including photographs, sizes, colours etc, however specifications, designs and colours may change due to manufacturer updates and so may from time to time differ from images shown.
